Common questions
Will my price ever change?
No, not for you. If you join among the first 100 mamas, you’re locked in at $19/month or $149/year for life — even as the Atelier price rises for new members in the months and years ahead. Once the founding cohort fills, new members will join at $29/month or $229/year. You keep your founding rate as long as your subscription is active.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes. Truly. Cancel any month. No questions, no exit survey gauntlet, no guilt. Your access stays open until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. If you’re not sure, monthly is the right choice for you.
Is this for me if I’m not currently nursing?
Yes. The Atelier is built for the postpartum window — anywhere from a few weeks after birth to about 18 months after. Whether you’re still nursing, pumping, weaning, or fully weaned, the Reset and the Tracks meet you where you actually are.
Do I have to buy clothes?
No. The Reset is built around the closet you already own. We pull the pieces you forgot, edit the ones that fight you, and generate outfit formulas from what’s actually in your wardrobe. The Vault has shopping links if you ever want them — but the entire 30 days can be done with zero spending.
How much time does this take?
The Reset is paced for 5–15 minutes a day. Some days are just a question and a sip of tea. The big one — Day 3, your honest closet audit — takes 60–90 minutes when you can carve it out. We help you schedule it. After the Reset, Anah’s daily pick is a 30-second open of the app. The membership respects that you’re tired.
Can I switch from Monthly to Annual later?
Yes. You can upgrade to Annual any time inside your account. Your Annual benefits start the day you upgrade — including Anah’s Eye tokens, the Printable Edition for the next magazine drop, and access to the next Open Door call. If you upgrade while the founding cohort is still open, you lock in the founding annual rate ($149/year) for life.
What happens if I cancel?
Your access stays open through the end of the period you paid for. Your saved outfits, Style Year Diploma, and any downloaded PDFs are yours forever. If you ever come back, your closet and Reset progress restore automatically. We hope you do. (Note: if you cancel and rejoin later, your new subscription will be at the standard rate in effect at that time, not your original founding rate.)
Is there a refund?
If you join and decide within the first 14 days that the Atelier isn’t for you, email support@nennversa.com and we’ll refund you in full. No questions, no friction. After 14 days, your existing period stays paid for and you can cancel future renewals.
