Then I sit down with it and build your complete capsule by hand: about twenty-seven pieces chosen for your season, your shape, your feeding days and your real life, and thirty outfits made from them. Every outfit comes with my note, the finishing touches, where to find each piece or what you own that stands in, and a picture of that outfit on your own body.

Questions

What mamas ask before they buy.

Is this the same as the free first look?

The free look reads one outfit and renders one evolution. The Style File is the whole document: your palette card, your shape rules, your style word, all three renders, twelve pieces with pictures, a week of outfits, and a note from me. It is the thing you keep.

Is this the Atelier membership?

No. The Atelier is a stylist every morning, $19 a month. The Style File is one document, once, $47, no subscription. If you join the Atelier later, your file goes into your closet there.

I am still pregnant. Does it work?

Yes. Tell Anah you are expecting and she builds for the body you will have in the first months after the birth: soft belly, feeding access, sitting and lifting. Send a photo in anything; she reads your colouring and proportions, not the bump.

What photo do I need?

You, full length if you can, in whatever you have on, in daylight. A hallway or bedroom mirror selfie is exactly right. No makeup, no styled corner, baby on the hip is fine.

I do not know my colour season or shape.

You do not need to. Anah reads both from the photo and tells you how sure she is. If you have done the free NennVersa quizzes, tick your results and she uses them.

Do I have to buy the twelve pieces?

No. Anah starts from what you are wearing and marks what you already own. The pictures are from the catalogue so you can see the shape and colour; use what you have that comes close.

What does the capsule with Nenncha add?

Me, and a month that is already decided. I read Anah’s file, then choose about twenty-seven pieces by hand for your life and build thirty outfits from them. Every outfit is laid out, put on your own photo, and comes with my note, the finishing touches and where to find each piece. It is the closest thing to sitting with me for an afternoon.

Thirty pictures of me? Really?

Really. Anah puts each outfit onto the photo you sent, the same way she does the three in the file. Same face, same body, same room, only the clothes change. They come in over the few hours after I finish your capsule, and they live on your page and in your PDF.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Inside your file there is a button to add the capsule for the difference, as long as there is a place left that month.

Is there a refund?

No, because the file is delivered the moment it is made. Take the free first look first if you are unsure. If something goes wrong technically, reply to any email and I fix it myself.

What is the Closet Edit, really?

It is me, live, for an hour, with your actual clothes in front of us. Everything else on this page is built from a photo; this one is built from your wardrobe. You get the file and the capsule as part of it, plus the written plan from our hour and a second call a month later. I take two or three a month and no more, because it is my time and I want it to be good.

I already have the file or the capsule. Do I pay again for those?

No. The Closet Edit is added to the file you have. If you bought the $47 file, the capsule by hand is included in the Closet Edit, so you do not need the upgrade first.

Where does the call happen?

On video, wherever you are: bedroom, wardrobe door open, the phone propped on a shelf. You book the hour from a link in your email and move it as often as babies require.
