Why this one
The capsule for the months you have nothing to give
There is a stretch after a baby, somewhere around the third month, when getting dressed stops being about looking good and becomes about not being seen. I remember standing in front of my wardrobe and wanting every single thing in it to ask nothing of me.
So this is the wardrobe for that stretch. Sage and dusty rose are muted, which means they do not draw a line under a tired face the way a bright colour does. Greige sits between them and holds it all together. Ivory is up near your collarbones, and that is the only brightness the whole thing needs.
Soft does not have to mean given up. Every knit in here is a real garment, every trouser has a proper waistband, and the shoes are shoes. That is the whole line I hold. Comfortable is allowed. Undressed is the thing we are avoiding.
You do not have to own any of it to use it. The shapes are ordinary on purpose, so you can find them in your own wardrobe and in any shop, at any price. What you are buying is the arrangement, not the shopping list.
The outfits
Thirty outfits, laid out piece by piece, so there is nothing left to picture.
Four of the thirty, as they appear in the guide. Every one comes with the formula, the kind of day it suits, how it opens for a feed, and the one detail that makes it look deliberate rather than thrown on.

Then the same capsule on a real body, not a hanger.
Flat lays tell you what the pieces are. They do not tell you where a hem lands or how a waistband sits when you are four months in and still soft in the middle. So the same outfits come again, worn, further into the guide.
And if you want to go further than that, Anah will put you into any of the thirty. Three of those come with the guide.
The palette
Twelve muted shades that agree with each other
When everything is muted, texture does the job that colour usually does. Put a rib against a knit, a linen against a jersey, a cable against something flat. That is what keeps a soft palette from reading as one grey blur, and it costs nothing at all.
The part paper cannot do
You do not have to imagine it on yourself. She will show you.
Every guide opens as a private page as well as a PDF. On that page, under any outfit, there is a button. Add one photograph of yourself and Anah puts you in that outfit: your face, your hair, your body and your room exactly as they are, and only the clothes changed.
Three of those come with the guide, free. Most mamas tell me it is the part they could never do in their own head at seven in the morning.
