Forty-three pieces. Two colours and a pale one. Thirty outfits you do not have to think about.
Thirty outfits in navy, denim and oat, for cool skin that looks best in clear colour and for a body that is still changing.

Why this one
Why navy, and why it is not the same as black
Black and navy look like the same decision from across a room, and on a tired face they are not. Black is a flat wall. It takes the light off your skin and gives nothing back, and in the first year after a baby that is the last thing you need.
Navy has blue in it, and blue is a colour. It lifts the whites of your eyes, it makes clear skin look clearer, and it lets denim and chambray sit next to it as though they were planned. That is the whole idea here. One family, three depths, and oat at the top to open your face.
If you have ever been told you are a Winter and then been handed a rail of grey, this is what that was supposed to mean. Clear, cool, and not at all dull.
You do not have to own any of it to use it. The shapes are ordinary on purpose, so you can find them in your own wardrobe and in any shop, at any price. What you are buying is the arrangement, not the shopping list.
The outfits
Thirty outfits, laid out piece by piece, so there is nothing left to picture.
Four of the thirty, as they appear in the guide. Every one comes with the formula, the kind of day it suits, how it opens for a feed, and the one detail that makes it look deliberate rather than thrown on.

Forty-odd pages, and not one of them filler.
Three of the 43
Navy tailored trousersThe most worn piece here
Navy chinosSofter, for long days
Dark straight jeansThe everyday bottom
Then the same capsule on a real body, not a hanger.
Flat lays tell you what the pieces are. They do not tell you where a hem lands or how a waistband sits when you are four months in and still soft in the middle. So the same outfits come again, worn, further into the guide.
And if you want to go further than that, Anah will put you into any of the thirty. Three of those come with the guide.
The palette
Twelve clear, cool shades that agree with each other
Keep the contrast high. Clear colouring is flattered by a real difference between the top and the bottom, so pale on navy or navy on pale, rather than three middling blues stacked together. That single habit does more for a Winter than any individual garment.
The part paper cannot do
You do not have to imagine it on yourself. She will show you.
Every guide opens as a private page as well as a PDF. On that page, under any outfit, there is a button. Add one photograph of yourself and Anah puts you in that outfit: your face, your hair, your body and your room exactly as they are, and only the clothes changed.
Three of those come with the guide, free. Most mamas tell me it is the part they could never do in their own head at seven in the morning.
