This Refund Policy explains when and how NENNVERSA LLC (“NennVersa,” “we,” “us”) provides refunds for NennVersa Atelier subscriptions.
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with them.
1. The short version
The NennVersa Atelier is a digital subscription that gives you immediate access to extensive content and tools the moment you subscribe. Because of this immediate delivery, our general policy is no refunds.
We have built in two alternatives to refunds that we think serve members better:
- Pause your subscription for 30, 60, or 90 days without charge if life makes the membership difficult right now
- Cancel at any time to stop future charges (you keep access until the end of your current billing period)
Below is the detailed policy.
2. Subscriptions are non-refundable
All NennVersa Atelier subscription payments — including monthly and annual subscriptions — are final and non-refundable, with the limited exceptions in Section 4 below.
This includes:
- Initial subscription payments
- All recurring renewal payments
- Annual subscription payments (prorated refunds are NOT available if you cancel mid-year)
- Subscriptions purchased through promotional pricing
By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and tools and that you waive any general right to a refund.
3. Why no refunds
We chose a no-refunds policy for three reasons:
- The content is delivered immediately. From the moment you subscribe, you have full access to the 30-Day Reset videos, all PDFs, the Outfit Formula Vault, Anah, your Closet, and every Tools-tab resource. There is no waiting period; the value is delivered upfront.
- The pause and cancel options solve most concerns. If life becomes overwhelming, the pause feature gives you up to 90 days off without charge. If you want to stop entirely, the cancel option ends all future charges and gives you continued access until your current billing period ends.
- It allows us to keep prices accessible. Building in a refund buffer requires us to either raise prices or restrict access. We chose to keep prices low and access broad, and to be transparent about the trade-off.
4. Exceptions — when we WILL refund
We will refund payments in the following limited circumstances:
4.1 Statutory consumer rights (EU and UK customers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (and equivalent UK legislation).
Important: At checkout, you will be asked to confirm that:
- You wish to receive immediate access to the Atelier content
- You explicitly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal in exchange for that immediate access
If you accept this waiver at checkout, you give up your statutory withdrawal right. If you do not accept the waiver, you will need to wait 14 days from the date of purchase before accessing the content.
If you are an EU/UK consumer who did NOT waive the withdrawal right (or where the waiver is not legally enforceable in your jurisdiction), you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@nennversa.com with the subject “EU Withdrawal Request.”
4.2 Duplicate or accidental charges
If you have been charged twice for the same subscription, or charged in error (for example, after cancelling), we will fully refund the duplicate or erroneous charge within 7 business days of confirming the error.
To report a billing error, email support@nennversa.com with the subject “Billing Error” and include your account email and the transaction date.
4.3 Technical failure preventing access
If a documented technical failure on our side prevents you from accessing the Atelier for more than 7 consecutive days within a billing period, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected days, or an extension of your subscription by an equivalent number of days (your choice).
This does not apply to:
- Outages caused by your internet, device, or browser
- Outages caused by third-party services (Stripe, hosting providers) lasting less than 7 days
- Issues caused by your use of unsupported browsers or devices
4.4 Fraud, unauthorized charges
If your account or payment method was used fraudulently (for example, by a person who gained unauthorized access), report it immediately to support@nennversa.com and to your bank. We will work with you and your bank to resolve the issue and refund unauthorized charges where appropriate.
4.5 Regulatory requirement
We will issue a refund where required by applicable consumer protection law, regardless of this policy.
5. What does NOT qualify for a refund
The following situations do NOT entitle you to a refund:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Not having time to use the subscription
- Not finishing the 30-Day Reset
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal
- Disagreement with content or methodology
- Personal life circumstances (postpartum challenges, career changes, family events) — for these we offer the pause feature instead
- Inability to use the service due to incompatible browsers or devices (we publish supported devices/browsers; please check before subscribing)
- Buying the wrong tier (Basic vs Premium) — contact support@nennversa.com for a free upgrade or downgrade instead
If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, contact support@nennversa.com and we will respond within 48 hours.
6. Pause as an alternative
If life makes the membership difficult right now (postpartum challenges, a return to work, illness, family events, financial strain), we strongly encourage you to pause your subscription before cancelling.
Pausing means:
- No charges during the pause period (30, 60, or 90 days, your choice)
- All your saved data is preserved exactly as it was
- You can resume anytime within the pause period, or it will auto-resume at the end
- You can extend the pause if needed by emailing support@nennversa.com
To pause, click “Account & billing → Pause my membership” in the Atelier sidebar, or email support@nennversa.com.
We built this feature specifically because we know postpartum life is unpredictable.
7. How to cancel (different from refund)
Cancelling stops future charges. It does NOT refund past payments.
To cancel:
- From within the Atelier: click “Account & billing → Cancel subscription”
- By email: send a cancellation request to support@nennversa.com from the email address on your account
When you cancel:
- You retain access to all subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again at the next renewal date
- Your saved data (style profile, closet, collections) is preserved for 90 days after cancellation in case you choose to resubscribe
After 90 days, deleted data cannot be recovered.
8. How to request a refund
If you believe your situation falls under Section 4 (exceptions where we will refund), email support@nennversa.com with:
- Subject line: “Refund request — [your reason]”
- Your account email
- The transaction date you want refunded
- A brief explanation of the qualifying circumstance
- Any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots of duplicate charges, communications about technical issues)
We will respond within 48 hours and, if your request qualifies, process the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
If your request is denied, we will explain why and, where applicable, offer the pause option as an alternative.
9. Chargebacks
If you believe you have a valid refund claim, please contact us first at support@nennversa.com before disputing the charge with your bank or credit card company (a “chargeback”).
Filing a chargeback for a charge that does not qualify under this policy may result in:
- Immediate termination of your account without further notice
- A ban from re-subscribing in the future
- Liability for any chargeback fees imposed on us by Stripe or our bank
- Reporting of the chargeback to chargeback-prevention databases
We take chargebacks seriously because they damage our standing with payment processors and ultimately raise costs for all members. We will always engage with you in good faith if you reach out directly first.
10. Refund processing time
When a refund is approved:
- The refund is initiated by us within 7 business days
- Stripe processes the refund and returns it to your original payment method
- The refund typically appears in your account within 5 to 10 additional business days, depending on your card issuer
If you have not received an approved refund after 14 business days from approval, contact support@nennversa.com and we will investigate with Stripe.
11. Currency and exchange rates
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment.
If your original payment was converted from another currency by your card issuer, the refund amount may differ slightly from the original charge due to exchange rate fluctuations. This is determined by your card issuer’s policies and is outside our control.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will not affect:
- Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law
- Any pending refund request submitted before the change takes effect
- The refund terms that applied to your subscription at the time of purchase
For material changes that reduce your rights, we will notify active members by email at least 30 days in advance.

I know “no refunds” can feel cold on a sales page. So here is the reasoning, in my own words:
I built this Atelier for postpartum mamas — women whose lives are already full of pressure, guilt, and money worries. I want to take care of you, but I also need this business to survive long enough to take care of the next thousand mamas after you.
The pause feature is my answer to that. If life gets hard, you don’t lose what you paid for. You just press pause, and the Atelier waits. I’d rather have you pause for 90 days and come back than refund and never come back.
