Welcome to NennVersa Atelier. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NennVersa Atelier digital subscription service and any related websites, applications, or content operated by NENNVERSA LLC (“NennVersa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, under trade license number 2430224.01.

By accessing or using the Atelier — including by clicking “I agree” at checkout, paying a subscription fee, or logging into the Atelier app — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

1. Who can use the Atelier

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and pay for a subscription. By using the Atelier you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this contract.

The Atelier is designed for postpartum and breastfeeding parents, but anyone meeting the age requirement may subscribe.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, and to keep that information up to date.

2. The service

The Atelier is a digital subscription product that includes, depending on your tier:

  • The 30-Day Postpartum Style Reset (a structured day-by-day curriculum with videos, written prompts, and downloadable PDFs)
  • The Outfit Formula Vault (a curated library of nursing-friendly outfit ideas)
  • The Closet (a personal wardrobe management tool)
  • Anah (a personal styling assistant that suggests outfit plans)
  • The Tools tab (interactive worksheets, quizzes, guides, and bonus content)
  • Email-delivered companion content (newsletters, milestone emails, challenge sequences)
  • Access to the NennVersa community group (where applicable)

We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. We will give reasonable notice (at least 14 days) for material changes that reduce the service’s value.

3. The subscription

The NennVersa Atelier is offered as a single subscription with full access to all features listed in Section 2.

Two billing options are available:

  • Monthly — billed every calendar month from your subscription start date
  • Annual — billed once per year from your subscription start date (offered at a discount equivalent to two months free)

The current price for each billing option is shown on nennversa.com/atelier at the time of purchase. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout. We may offer founding-member pricing or limited promotional pricing from time to time, which will be clearly disclosed at the point of sale.

If we change the standard subscription price, your subscription continues at the price you originally agreed to until your next renewal, after which the new price applies. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change affects you.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account credentials confidential
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately at support@nennversa.com if you suspect unauthorized access

Your account is for your personal use only. You may not share login credentials, transfer your account, or allow others to use your subscription. We may terminate accounts found to be shared without notice.

5. Permitted use and content ownership

NennVersa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Atelier for your personal, non-commercial use during your active subscription period.

You may:

  • View, read, and watch all subscription content
  • Download PDFs and worksheets for your personal use
  • Print downloaded content for your personal use
  • Save outfit formulas and personal data within your own account

You may NOT:

  • Reproduce, distribute, sell, or republish any NennVersa content
  • Share login credentials or account access with anyone
  • Use the Atelier content to create competing products, courses, or services
  • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to access or copy content
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Atelier app
  • Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or NennVersa branding from any content
  • Use the Atelier for any purpose that violates applicable laws

All content within the Atelier — including videos, written curriculum, PDFs, photographs, outfit formulas, brand assets, and the underlying software — is the intellectual property of NennVersa or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws of the United Arab Emirates and international treaties.

6. Subscription, billing, and auto-renewal

Important: this is an auto-renewing subscription.

When you subscribe, you authorize NennVersa (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method:

  • The initial subscription fee at the time of purchase
  • Recurring subscription fees automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you selected), unless you cancel

Your subscription will continue to renew at the then-current price until you cancel. We will notify you by email if the renewal price changes, with at least 30 days notice before the next renewal.

If we cannot process your payment (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we will retry the charge for up to 7 days, and if unsuccessful, your subscription will be paused until a valid payment method is provided.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard (Account & Billing → Cancel subscription) or by emailing support@nennversa.com.

When you cancel:

  • You will retain access to all subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Your saved data (style profile, closet, collections) will be preserved for 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any payment already made, except as required by applicable law (see Section 9).

You may also temporarily pause your subscription for 30, 60, or 90 days by contacting support@nennversa.com. During a pause, you are not charged and you retain all your data.

8. Free trials and promotional offers

If we offer you a free trial or promotional pricing, the terms of that specific offer will be clearly disclosed at the time of sign-up. Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will send a reminder email at least 3 days before any trial converts to paid.

9. Refunds

Our refund policy is set out in full in the separate Refund Policy at nennversa.com/refunds, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary:

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable as a general rule
  • This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law, including (for customers in the European Union and United Kingdom) the right to a 14-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which you may have waived at checkout if the content was made immediately available to you
  • Refunds are available in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by law

10. Content disclaimers — important

The Atelier provides style guidance, outfit suggestions, wardrobe planning tools, and educational content related to postpartum style and personal wardrobe management. The Atelier is NOT:

  • Medical advice. We do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical guidance. If you have questions about your physical or mental postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, body changes, or mental health, consult a qualified medical professional.
  • Mental health treatment. The Atelier touches on topics that may bring up emotional content (body image, identity changes, postpartum experience). It is not a substitute for therapy or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or any mental health concern, please contact a qualified mental health professional or your local emergency services.
  • Nutrition or fitness advice. We do not provide guidance on weight, diet, exercise, or body recomposition.
  • Financial advice. Any references to budgeting, shopping, or wardrobe investment are general suggestions, not personalized financial recommendations.

The Atelier’s content reflects the personal experience and opinion of NennVersa’s founder. Results vary, and following the program does not guarantee any specific outcome (emotional, stylistic, or otherwise).

11. Community guidelines

If you participate in the NennVersa Community (our private community at app.nennversa.com/community, or any future affiliated community space), you agree to:

  • Treat other members with respect and kindness
  • Not share personal medical, financial, or sensitive information about yourself or others
  • Not promote competing products or services without express permission
  • Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or behavior that disparages any group
  • Not share NennVersa content outside the community

We may remove members from the community at any time for violations, without refund.

12. Third-party services

The Atelier integrates with third-party services to function:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • MemberPress — subscription management
  • Mail Mint / Brevo — email delivery
  • Google Analytics — site analytics
  • WordPress — content hosting

Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services, but we choose them carefully and disclose them transparently in our Privacy Policy.

The Atelier may also link to third-party shopping sites (Amazon, individual retailer sites) where you can buy clothing items featured in outfit formulas. We may earn a small commission on some of these links at no extra cost to you. We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, prices, or shipping.

13. Modifications to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Atelier at any time. For material changes (a feature that’s removed, a significant change to how the service works), we will:

  • Notify you by email at least 14 days in advance
  • Where the change materially reduces the value you receive, give you the option to cancel and receive a pro-rated refund of any prepaid subscription period

14. Modifications to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

  • The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the change
  • For non-material changes (clarifications, formatting), the new Terms take effect immediately
  • For material changes (new fees, reduced rights, new restrictions), we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and your continued use of the Atelier after that date constitutes acceptance

If you do not agree to revised Terms, you may cancel your subscription as described in Section 7.

15. Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if:

  • You materially breach these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Your payment method has been declined and not updated within 7 days
  • We are required to do so by law

In such cases we will email you to explain the reason, except where prohibited by law.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

The Atelier is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of content, uninterrupted service, and freedom from errors or harmful components.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Atelier will meet your specific needs or expectations
  • The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected

This does not exclude any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NennVersa and its founders, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from or related to your use of the Atelier.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Atelier is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as gross negligence or willful misconduct under UAE law).

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NennVersa, its founders, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or third-party right
  • Your use of the Atelier in a manner not authorized by these Terms

19. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Atelier shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

This clause does not affect any statutory consumer rights that you may have in your country of residence.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced by an enforceable one that comes closest to the parties’ original intent.

21. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NennVersa regarding the Atelier. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
